Counseling Partners is a Licensed Child Placing Agency (LCPA). We consider quality home studies to be a top priority in our efforts to ensure positive outcomes for children and families. In conducting home studies, our agency follows the highest quality and ethical standards and adheres strictly to service standards established by the State of Indiana, including: completing all required background checks and fingerprints, required documentation, a minimum of three home visits and approvals by our LCPA SAFE supervisor.
Our adoption support services also include pre- and/or post-adoption supervision with reports to the court, environmental studies, and background checks documentation.
